Winter Intersession Registration Now Open; Starts November 7 for New Students Beginning Spring 2017 Semester
Manchester, Conn. (October 26, 2016) — Registration is now open for Manchester Community College’s Winter Intersession, which runs December 27, 2016 through January 12, 2017; and begins November 7 for new students attending the Spring 2017 semester, which starts January 19.
Some 30 online and traditional on-campus courses are being offered during the intersession, and credit can be used to complete an MCC degree or certificate, or transferred to another school. The three-week courses include topics in accounting, art, astronomy, biology, business, communication, criminal justice, digital arts, economics, English, history and more.
Students registering to take a credit course who have never attended MCC or another Connecticut community college as a credit student will need to pay a one-time, non-refundable $20 application fee. These students are also required to complete an MCC Application for Admission.
It is important for students who attend another college or university to check with their home institution to ensure their MCC credits will be accepted by that school.
