“Super Saturday” Offers Expanded Enrollment Services August 5

Manchester, Conn. (July 27, 2017) – Prospective and continuing students at Manchester Community College are invited to a special “Super Saturday” event on August 5 that is specifically designed to expedite enrollment for the Fall 2017 term. There is still space available in many fall courses.

Some or all of the process of admission through registration may be completed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. MCC’s Admissions, Assessment Testing, Financial Aid, Registration, Bursar, and Advising and Counseling services offices will be open. Participants who need assessment testing should pre-register at www.manchester.edu/testing.

A deposit on the college’s payment plan, or approved financial aid, will be required at the time of registration.

Students who haven’t already done so are encouraged to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, aka, the FAFSA. Federal assistance includes need-based programs such as Federal Pell and MCC grants. The FAFSA can be submitted online at www.fafsa.gov; MCC’s school code is 001392.

Can’t make it on August 5? New students can visit the admissions office Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesdays, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wednesdays, 10:30 to 4:30 p.m.; and Fridays, 8:30 to 2:30 p.m.
