What: Second Annual Veterans Scholarship Fundraiser: Le Tour de Valor
Who: This is a scholarship fundraiser to benefit military veteran students who served honorably, but are ineligible for GI Benefits or the CT Tuition Waiver and who are pursuing a degree or certificate at Manchester Community College.
When: Saturday, May 5, 2012. Registration takes place starting at 8 a.m. in the Great Path Academy Lobby, on the campus of Manchester Community College.
Where: This charity bike ride begins at 9 a.m. and riders can choose between a 6- mile “family ride” down the Charter Oak Greenway or 30- and 60- mile routes touring scenic central Connecticut.
