Said Trachimowicz, “I am honored to continue Rockville Bank’s legacy of support for Manchester Community College and its students. As education at all grade levels experiences funding cuts, our community is directly impacted. Helping Manchester Community College maintain its status as a leading community college, and seeing it maintain its level of excellence during these hard times has been particularly rewarding. If our colleges thrive, our students and our state thrive, and we all reap the benefits. This is a cause to which Rockville Bank has shown a firm commitment, and I have made a personal commitment to Manchester Community College as well.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Rick into this leadership role,” stated Gena Glickman, president of Manchester Community College. “Our foundation plays an integral role in helping the college advance higher education in our state and we are extremely fortunate to have such a steadfast partner to lead the effort.”
