MCC to Hold Online FAFSA Help Sessions for Current and Prospective Students
MANCHESTER, Conn. (March 24, 2021) – Manchester Community College is holding several one-hour FAFSA help sessions that are free and open to current and prospective students.
The online session is designed to provide current and prospective MCC students with one-on-one assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It will focus on the completion of the 21-22 FAFSA.
The next available session is Tuesday, March 30, from 2 to 3 p.m., and the others follow at various dates and times throughout April and May. For the complete schedule and to register for a session, visit www.manchestercc.edu/info. It is not necessary to attend all of the sessions, but pre-registration is necessary and seating is limited.
To prepare, attendees should have the following available: FSA ID (username and password) and parents’ FSA ID if a dependent (refer to www.studentaid.gov); 2019 tax return and W-2s and parents’ 2019 tax return and W-2s if a dependent; Social Security number and date of birth and that of parents; driver’s license or other official photo identification.
