MCC Students Initiated into Alpha Mu Gamma, Foreign Language Honor Society
Manchester, CT – (May 9, 2012) . . . Manchester Community College recently initiated fifteen students into the Lambda Epsilon chapter of Alpha Mu Gamma, the national collegiate foreign language honor society. The society, established in 1931, recognizes outstanding achievement in the study of a foreign language and is the first and largest honor society of its kind in the United States. Currently there are over 300 chapters in the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The Lambda Epsilon chapter is located at Manchester Community College.

Crystal Allen of Vernon, Emily Cahill or Windsor Locks, Gabriel Choleva of Hebron, Jacqueline Granata of Stafford Springs, Molly Haynes of Willimantic, Nathan Karmazinas of West Hartford, Kathryn Kenzel of Wethersfield, Austin Kopp of Stafford, Nathan Kopp of Stafford, Claudia Malaga of East Hampton, Ryan Matthews of Ellington, Stanley Pajor IV of Berlin, Lauren Rawson of Vernon, Matinate Sanni of West Hartford and Romina Vivar or Manchester.
Students of any age who possess the desire to pursue higher education are welcome at Manchester Community College.
