MCC Schedules June Information Sessions for Graphic Design, Visual Fine Arts and Advanced Manufacturing Programs

MANCHESTER, Conn. (May 5, 2022) – Manchester Community College will offer information sessions in June for students interested in enrolling in the college’s Graphic Design, Visual Fine Arts or Advanced Manufacturing programs. Information sessions are free and open to all. Pre-registration is encouraged.

On Wednesday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to noon, information sessions for Graphic Design and Visual Fine Arts will meet in the Arts, Sciences and Technology center in the Hans Weiss Newspace Gallery. In these concurrent sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about program options and tour studio facilities. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. On Tuesday, June 21, from 4 to 5 p.m. there will be an advanced manufacturing information session in the Arts, Sciences and Technology center, room C145. MCC’s Precision Manufacturing certificate is designed to provide students with a valuable skill set in just six months. Students who complete the program are qualified for an entry-level position as a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine operator.
