MCC Releases Non-Credit Catalogs for Fall 2020
MANCHESTER, Conn. (August 19, 2020) – Manchester Community College offers non-credit courses in Workforce Development as well as Personal Development and Enrichment for Fall 2020. Each set of programs is featured in its respective catalog to enhance access to continuing education programs.
Non-credit courses in each catalog run September through December. All class meetings are held online unless there is a physical location noted in the course description. To view the catalogs, select programs of interest and to register, visit www.manchestercc.edu/catalogs.
Courses begin on an ongoing basis and run for varying durations. They are designed to provide people interested in shifting careers with a short-term path to new, in-demand job skills, and to provide students interested in expanding their own horizons with personal enrichment courses.
The Workforce Development catalog includes short-term certification courses in allied health and computer technology, as well as courses in English as a Second Language, photography and other topics. The Personal Development and Enrichment catalog includes a wide selection of courses in art and crafts, culture and history, cuisine, dance, family finance and consumer issues, fitness and recreation, nutrition and others.
