MCC Hospitality Program Earns National Accreditation
The MCC Hospitality Program has earned national accreditation from The American Culinary Federation. Two programs were recertified(Foodservice Management, A.S. and Certificate in Culinary Arts) and the new Culinary Arts A.S. degree program earned its first national accreditation. These programs were in complete compliance with all of the American Culinary Federation’s standards for the first itme in the college’s history. Congratulations to Hospitality Program Chair Jayne Pearson and full time department members Carl Stafford, Kathy Kern and Grace Talaga.
