MCC Celebrates Cultural Diversity Day
Manchester, Connecticut-(April 18, 2012)…The Cultural Diversity Day at Manchester Community College will take place Wednesday, April 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Village Courtyard. The event celebrates the diversity of the staff, faculty and students at Manchester Community College. The following events are scheduled:
11 a.m. Loucil Pichay Hawaiian Dance Performance
12 noon Prestige Hip-Hop artist
12 noon- Food from around the globe will be served
1 p.m. Tracy “Mind Evolution” Spoken Word
This program is sponsored in part by a generous donation from Pratt & Whitney with additional support from the MCC Cultural Programs Committee, Minority Caucus, Office of Mentoring and Minority Student programs, Diversity Committee and ICE Radio. All events are free and open to the public.
