Manchester Community College Foundation Appoints Harrison to Board
Manchester Community College Foundation recently appointed Kimberly A. Harrison of Hartford HealthCare (HHC) to its board of directors.
Harrison, HHC vice president, public policy and government affairs, is a veteran Connecticut lobbyist with extensive experience as an advocate and public policy strategist. She is a recognized leader in government relations for non-profit associations and is a recipient of the National Organization for Women (Connecticut Chapter) Harriet Tubman Award for work on behalf of social justice issues.

Prior to joining HHC in March 2013, Harrison owned an independent lobbying practice representing a wide array of clients on numerous social issues. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford since 2005, and she holds a master’s degree in public affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.
