Minimum Qualifications
Current recruitment for Spanish Instructors, introductory and intermediate level, to be taught in a synchronous online format in fall, on campus in spring.
Master’s degree in Spanish or other related field. Teaching experience at the college level is strongly recommended. Experience in Blackboard desired. Experience teaching online synchronously is required.
An understanding of the mission of the community college and a demonstrated ability to respond to and work with multiple constituencies and involvement in support of a culturally and ethnically diverse population are required.

Responsibilities
The Foreign Language program is currently seeking part-time lecturers to teach introductory and intermediate Spanish classes. Classes focus on grammar as the foundation for all four language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) with an emphasis on Hispanic culture.
Minimum Salary/Compensation
$1,721–$1,851 per semester contact hour
