Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in a related discipline, 3-5 years of manufacturing experience and 1 or more years of experience teaching, leading or presenting. Extensive experience in the manufacturing fields of operations, manufacturing engineering/CNC programming, quality control or lean manufacturing. An understanding of the mission of the community college and a demonstrated ability to respond to and work with multiple constituencies and involvement in support of a culturally and ethnically diverse population are required.

Responsibilities

The lecturer provides comprehensive and understandable training and shares real-life work experience related to the course material that is associated with the Precision Machining Program.

Minimum Salary/Compensation

Per semester-hour rate:  $1,546 - $1,663
