Individuals interested in preparing for a career in music or studying music for their personal enjoyment are invited to attend an information session to learn more about the MCC Music Studies degree program. The program provides exceptional and affordable music instruction and is the only nationally accredited (NASM) two-year degree program in Connecticut. Faculty from the Music Studies program will be on hand to answer questions. Pre-registration is recommended but not required.
Next audition date for perspective music majors is June 4, 2019. Auditions will be scheduled between 11:00 am and 4:00pm. All interested individuals are required to complete an audition application which is located on music studies website. Completed applications are to be mailed or left in mailbox of Dr. Deborah A. Simmons, Program Coordinator/Music Studies. The mailbox is located on the AST 3rd Floor Tower.
