Registration Open for MCC Winter and Spring 2022 Courses
The Winter session comprises accelerated three-week courses running December 27, 2021, through January 13, 2022. Spring 2022 is a traditional semester with classes beginning Friday, January 21, 2022.
MCC Opens its Student Kitchens for Dinner Starting October 27 at the Culinary Arts Center
The first dinner, with a “Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead)” theme, begins at 7 p.m. Other dinners are scheduled for November 10 and December 1, also at 7 p.m. The cost is $15 per person. COVID protocols apply to all on-campus activities.

It is projected that MCC Foundation will distribute over $850,000 in scholarships in the 2021-22 academic year, which would be a record level of direct student support.

The scholarships, managed by MCC Foundation, are based on merit and will be awarded to precision manufacturing students to cover tuition, books and supplies that students are required to provide, such as personal tooling.

There is a luncheon on Thursday, September 23, hosted by the International Foods class. Students are serving a menu inspired by cuisine from Ecuador, Columbia and Venezuela. The next luncheon will be held Thursday, September 30. The cuisine is inspired by China.
