Tickets are on sale for MCC Foundation’s 24th annual Evening of Fine Wines to be held on Friday, April 29, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Manchester Community College’s spring credit-free course offerings will include Backyard Chickens, which will run for two sessions, Monday, March 7, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, March 12, from 9 to 11 a.m. The course fee is $55.

Officials from the Viscogliosi Entrepreneurship Center, college, town and CTSBDC will celebrate the new partnership in a dedication ceremony Thursday, February 25, at 5:30 p.m. at the Manchester Community College Arts and Education Center.

Students interested in a career in fitness can begin the Credit-Free Personal Trainer National Certification course this winter. The course runs six Saturdays, January 30 through March 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Officials at Manchester Community College will participate in a public forum hosted by Eastern Connecticut State University on February 4 at 3 p.m. MCC will link to the forum through a teleconference set up in room A108.
