Students from MCC’s award-winning culinary arts program will prepare and serve a seven-course gourmet meal featuring gravlax and caviar, roasted beet borscht, short rib of beef stroganov, lemon sorbet, fish, and bird’s milk cake for dessert.

The 6th Annual Connecticut Printmakers Invitational runs from November 7 through December 27. An opening reception will be held Friday, November 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
MCC Opens Native American Heritage Month with Award Ceremony
Manchester resident Chief Strong Horse, age 96, also known as Kenneth Smith, will be honored for his work in preserving the rich culture of his Narragansett Indian tribe at the college’s Native American Heritage Month Opening Ceremony November 1, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
MCC Community Science Lecture Series Presents “An Ice Age Odyssey”
The lecture will be held Thursday, October 26, in room C211 in the SBM Charitable Foundation Building from 4 to 6 p.m. This presentation — as well other events held as part of the MCC Community Science Lecture Series — is free and open to the public.
