MCC Offers Course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Free Orientation Session
As a modality for reducing stress, MBSR incorporates cognitive therapy elements. MBSR is designed to calm the mind and body in order to relieve pain, manage anxiety, cope with illness or physical distress, increase productivity, improve sleep, sharpen focus and feel a deeper sense of peace.

The list recognizes the top 15 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools that are doing the most to accommodate America’s military service members, veterans and spouses as students and ensure their success on campus. MCC has been named a Military Friendly School each year since 2012.
MCC to Hold Information Sessions for Various 2019 Programs
Program information sessions for anyone interested in enrolling in Manchester Community College’s culinary arts and hospitality management or health career programs will be held. Pre-registration for these information sessions is encouraged but not required.
