Manchester Community College has announced that Sarah Hocutt, of East Windsor, is valedictorian for the Class of 2021, and the salutatorian is JoDee Cyr, of Newington.

Retiring part-time Lecturer Tom Barret, who is a practicing attorney and mediator with the West Hartford-based firm of Litigation Alternatives, Inc., was also inducted as an honorary member of the MCC chapter of LEX.

Nine Manchester Community College students were inducted into the Gamma Phi chapter of Epsilon Pi Tau, the international honor society that recognizes current and future leaders in technology professions. The Gamma Phi chapter represents all of the community colleges in Connecticut.
