MCC Ranked #1 Two-Year Destination School Among Connecticut High School Graduates
MANCHESTER, Conn. (May 5, 2017) – Manchester Community College is the most popular two-year college choice — and ranked 4th out of 25 top destination institutions overall — among recent Connecticut high school graduates, according to the StudentTracker® for High Schools Aggregate Report prepared for the Connecticut State Board of Education by the National Student Clearinghouse®.
Founded in 1993 by the higher education community, the National Student Clearinghouse is a nonprofit and nongovernmental organization providing educational reporting, data exchange, verification and research services for educational institutions. The report prepared for the Connecticut State Board of Education includes data from 206 school districts covering more than 1,400 public schools and programs, and an overall enrolled population of more than 500,000 students. The report provides data on Connecticut students who attended college immediately after high school.
