MCC Announces Viscogliosi Entrepreneurship Center Events for May

The following events will be held at the Manchester Community College Arts and Education Center – MCC on Main — during the month of May. These events are sponsored by the Viscogliosi Entrepreneurship Center and are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted.

“Business Counseling for Women.” May 8, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guest speaker is Milena Erwin, Women’s Business Center, University of Hartford. Business career advising and counseling. Sessions are scheduled by the hour for one-on-one business counseling. Walk-ins welcome.

“Military Service: A Springboard for Successful Entrepreneurship.” May 19, 6 to 8 p.m. Guest speaker is Ronald Winter, Michael J. London & Associates. A seminar on how military training can help create successful business ventures and inspire veterans to follow suit. Registration is encouraged.

Future Business Leaders Network. May 27, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. For aspiring high school entrepreneurs. This month’s topic: Banking and Finance. Pizza and beverages provided.

Manchester Entrepreneurs Happy Hour. May 28, 6 to 8 p.m. Network with local professionals and entrepreneurs at this monthly event while enjoying light fare and cocktails provided by Onyx Moonshine.
