Angelo Sosa, Top Chef Contestant, visits MCC

Chef Angelo Sosa, who graduated from MCC in 1995 with a culinary arts certificate and then went to the Culinary Institute of America, visited MCC on Monday, April 25. He spent most of the day on campus working with culinary students to prepare dinner for a fund raising event. He was the featured speaker at the dinner and provided highlights about his journey from culinary student to Top Chef contestant to New York City restaurateur.
