Manchester Beats Bristol 5-1; Panajia Scores Three

FALL RIVER, MA – Giuseppe Panajia (Glastonbury) scored three goals to lead Manchester CC (10-5-1) to a 5-1 victory over Bristol CC (2-11) Saturday afternoon.

Eric Trazinski (East Granby) and Robert Umunakwe (West Hartford) also scored for the Cougars. Tony Ettorre (Plainville) and Connor Burns (Rocky Hill) combined for 10 saves. Tony Scotti (Bristol) had three assists. Panajia now has a team-high nine goals.

The Cougars travel to Somerville, MA to play Ben Franklin Institute of Technology this afternoon (Monday Oct 25) in their final regular season game before the men’s tournament, which will be hosted by Ben Franklin IT this coming weekend at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville.
