New Staff Join Manchester Community College
Manchester, CT – (November 1, 2007) . . . Manchester Community College is pleased to announce the following addition to its staff:
Theresa Vickers, of Middletown, has joined MCC as a Library Associate. In her new role, Vickers will provide library services to students, faculty, staff and community members in the areas of circulation, acquisitions, interlibrary loans, reserves, on-line copy cataloging, basic reference and readers’ advisory. Additionally, she will be responsible for supervising student workers and library assistants.
Prior to joining MCC, Vickers was employed as a medical research clerk at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, in Hartford. Previously, she worked as an administrative assistant for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in Hartford.
Vickers is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor of science degree and holds an associate degree from Middlesex Community College.
