MCC Announces Scholarship Awards for Spring 2022 Semester
MANCHESTER, Conn. (March 30, 2022) – Manchester Community College Foundation awarded more than $347,000 in scholarships to 268 students for the Spring 2022 semester.
MCC Foundation gives hundreds of deserving students the opportunity to achieve their academic dreams through the scholarship program. Scholarship awards are merit- and need-based. In addition, the foundation supports college programs.
The foundation distributed over $850,000 in scholarships during the 2021-2022 academic year. The average scholarship award was about $1,300, and a number of students received awards of $3,000.
This year, because of COVID-19 restrictions, there was no spring scholarship award ceremony.
