MCC Non-Credit Catalog for Fall Features New Courses for Professional and Personal Development

MANCHESTER, Conn. (September 9, 2021) – Manchester Community College‘s non-credit catalog for Fall 2021 is now available.

The non-credit courses run September through December. To view the catalog, select programs of interest and find information about how to register, visit www.manchestercc.edu/catalogs.

New non-credit course offerings include “Microsoft Forms Introduction,” “Adobe Photoshop Introduction for Mac,” “The Beatles and America in the 1960s” and” Effective Business Writing for Meaningful, Personal Connections.”

Popular offerings include the Certified Nurse Aide program, “Computer Boot Camp,”  “Microsoft Office: MCC Certificate,” real estate licensure courses and others. The highly popular “MCC Reads” and “More Great Books” discussion groups are offered as hybrid and on-ground classes respectively.

As Connecticut returns to pre-pandemic business status, MCC has opened the campus to more on-ground and hybrid offerings, in addition to online classes. The online generally require students to have access to a computer or other device with microphone, camera and the ability to use WebEx.

Classes begin on an ongoing basis and run for varying durations. Courses are offered in allied health; body, mind, spirit; computer technology; culture and history; English as a Second Language; music; photography and professional development.
