MCC Releases Non-Credit Catalog for Summer
MANCHESTER, Conn. (May 19, 2021) – Manchester Community College‘s non-credit catalog for Summer 2021 is now available.
The non-credit courses run June through August. To view the catalog, select programs of interest and find information about how to register, visit www.manchestercc.edu/catalogs.
New non-credit course offerings include “Ancestry: Research Your Family History – Expanded Version,” “Interior Design Basics: Redo Your Kitchen and Bath,” “Introduction to Chinese III” and “Led Zeppelin: The Song NEVER Remains the Same.”
Popular offerings include the Certified Nurse Aide program, “Computer Boot Camp,” “Microsoft Office: MCC Certificate,” “Home Staging: Preparing Your Home for Sale” and others. The highly popular “MCC Reads” discussion groups will be meeting online.
As Connecticut gradually returns to pre-pandemic business status, MCC is opening the campus to more on-ground and hybrid offerings, in addition to online classes. The online generally require students to have access to a computer or other device with microphone, camera and the ability to use WebEx.
Classes begin on an ongoing basis and run for varying durations. Courses are offered in allied health; computer technology; English as a Second Language; family, finance and consumer issues; languages; music; photography and professional development.
